One of them is the actress Jasmin Dhunna of the horror film Veerana fame. The famous director duo Shyam Ramsay and Tulsi Ramsay, popularly known as the Ramsay brothers, directed this hit film. Reportedly produced on a budget of Rs 60 Lakhs, this film reportedly earned Rs 1.5 crore at the box office. Actress Jasmin left the entertainment industry after acting in this film and never worked anymore on any other project. In an interview with a media portal, Jasmin’s co-star actor Hemant Birje revealed that the Veerana actress has now moved to the United States of America. According to Hemant, she has now become one of the most successful entrepreneurs in that country. Apart from Veerana, Jasmin has acted in only 2 films, ie- Sarkari Mehman and Divorce. The Veerana actress had made her debut while she was still a teenager. She also played a cameo role in the film Hatim Tai headlined by the popular actor Jeetendra.

Despite the success of Veerana and Jasmin receiving limelight in comparison to the other stars, critics panned her acting performance. She was criticised for her monotonous acting performance in Veerana. Apart from her and Hemant Birje, this film starred Sahila Chaddha, Kulbhushan Kharbanda, Satish Shah, Rajesh Vivek and others in important roles. This film revolves around how after the sudden death of her dad Sameer and mother Preeti, Sahila goes to live with her grandmother and cousin. On returning home to Chandanagar, she is exposed to a resurrected evil witch, Nakita, who has manifested herself in the body of Jasmin. What happens afterwards forms the core theme of the film backed by Sai Om Productions.

As of now, there are reports regarding Jasmine’s personal life and her whereabouts. Some reports mention that she is residing in New York, the United States of America. As per some reports, her real name is Jasmine Bhatia and she reportedly got married to a NRI called Rahul Tugnait. There are now reports regarding the business she is involved in.
